unable to build mysql from source. 
It returned an error: 
student1@ubuntu:~/Downloads/build for sosp11/PopaZB11/mysql-proxy$ sh ./autogen.sh 
aclocal 1.10+ wasn't found, try setting ACLOCAL={path-to-aclocal}.

Couldn't find aclocal on my machine or as a package. Not sure how to proceed from this error.
